12-Month Warranty

Every device we sell comes with a 12-month Buyer Area warranty from the date it is delivered. It is included in the price; there is nothing to register.

Your first 30 days

Within 30 days of delivery you can return the device for a full refund (see our Returns Policy). After 30 days the warranty provides a repair or a replacement.

How to make a claim

• Email support@buyerarea.co.uk with your order number and a short description of the fault (a photo or video helps).
• We reply with the next steps and, where needed, return instructions.
• We repair the device or send a replacement of the same specification and grade. If neither is possible, we refund you.
