30-Day Change of Mind Returns

You may return any item within 30 days of delivery if you change your mind, provided the device is returned in its original condition with all included accessories.

Item must be in the same condition as received — unused and undamaged
All accessories, cables and packaging must be included
Return postage is at the customer's expense for change-of-mind returns
Refund issued within 5 working days of receiving the return

💡 We recommend using a tracked, insured service for change-of-mind returns as we cannot accept liability for items lost in transit.

Faulty or Not As Described

If your device develops a fault or does not match the listing description, we will cover all return costs and offer a full refund or replacement at your choice.

12-Month Warranty

Every device sold by Buyer Area comes with a 12-month warranty covering hardware faults. This includes the screen, keyboard, battery, ports, and internal components.

Free repair or like-for-like replacement at our discretion
Free prepaid return label provided for all warranty claims
Does not cover accidental damage, liquid damage or unauthorised modifications
Battery covered if health drops below 70% within warranty period

To initiate a return or warranty claim:

eBay orders: Open a return request through eBay

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 working days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
