Is the refurbished MacBook Pro 13-inch 2017 good for software development?
Yes, the Intel Core i7 processor and 16GB of RAM provide sufficient performance for most development environments, including Xcode, Visual Studio Code, Docker containers and local web servers. The SSD ensures fast compile times and project loads. Developers who work with large codebases, multiple virtual machines or heavy builds may benefit from the 512GB storage option to accommodate tools, dependencies and test environments alongside project files.
Which storage size should I choose: 256GB or 512GB SSD?
The 256GB SSD suits users who store documents and small project files locally while relying on cloud storage or external drives for media libraries and archives. The 512GB option is better if you work with video footage, large design files, virtual machines or extensive software libraries that need to remain on the internal drive. Both configurations deliver the same read and write speed; only the capacity differs.
What comes in the box with this refurbished MacBook Pro?
Every refurbished MacBook Pro 13-inch 2017 ships with the laptop itself and a compatible charger. Can I use this MacBook Pro for photo and video editing?
The MacBook Pro 13-inch 2017 handles photo editing in Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop comfortably, thanks to the Intel Core i7 processor, 16GB RAM and Intel Iris Plus Graphics 650. For video work, it supports 1080p editing in Final Cut Pro and Adobe Premiere, though 4K timelines with multiple layers may require proxy workflows. The Retina display provides accurate colour representation for adjusting images and grading footage.
What is Grade C condition?
Grade A is excellent, with very light signs of use. Grade B is good, with light signs of use such as fine scratches. Grade C is fair, with clear signs of use. Every grade is fully tested and working.
What warranty and returns policy apply to this refurbished MacBook Pro?
Every unit comes with a 12-month warranty covering faults. It excludes accidental damage and normal wear and tear.
