About this laptop
The Dell XPS 15 9520 refurbished laptop combines the precision engineering of Dell's flagship XPS line with the power of 12th Gen Intel processing. Built for professionals, creatives and demanding users, this 15-inch ultrabook delivers desktop-class performance in a premium chassis. Every refurbished unit has been professionally tested and graded to ensure reliable operation, and ships with a full 12-month warranty. Whether you're editing video, running virtual machines or managing complex spreadsheets, the XPS 15 9520 brings Intel's Alder Lake architecture to a portable, well-connected platform that's ready for the workday and beyond.
At the heart of this machine is the Intel Core i7 12700H, a 14-core hybrid processor (6 Performance-cores, 8 Efficient-cores) that scales effortlessly from background tasks to intensive workflows. Paired with 16GB of RAM and a 512GB SSD, the system delivers snappy application launches, smooth multitasking and ample storage for project files and media libraries. Connectivity is comprehensive: two Thunderbolt 4 USB-C ports support Power Delivery and dual 4K displays, while a third USB-C 3.2 Gen 2 port adds DisplayPort output. An SD card slot streamlines photo and video ingestion, and the 3.5mm audio jack supports professional headsets. The 720p HD webcam with IR enables Windows Hello facial recognition for secure, password-free login, and Wi-Fi 6 (AX211) ensures fast, stable wireless performance on modern networks.
Audio and build quality
Dell has equipped the XPS 15 9520 with a quad-speaker array—two tweeters and two woofers delivering up to 10W peak output—so video calls, music and media playback sound clear and full-bodied without external speakers. The aluminium and carbon-fibre construction keeps weight manageable while maintaining rigidity, and the 344.40 × 230.14 × 18.54 mm footprint strikes a practical balance between screen real estate and portability. Platinum Silver finish lends a professional, understated aesthetic suited to any environment.
Refurbished and graded for confidence
Every Dell XPS 15 9520 in our catalogue has been professionally refurbished, tested and assigned a cosmetic grade. Grade A units are in excellent condition, whilst Grade B units are in good condition. All configurations—regardless of grade—undergo the same rigorous checks to confirm that the processor, memory, storage, ports, webcam, wireless radios and audio system operate to specification. You can select your preferred grade and configuration using the options above, and every purchase includes our 12-month warranty and 30-day returns policy for complete peace of mind.
