Memory and storage
8GB of memory is plenty for web, email, documents and video calls; choose 16GB or more for photo and video editing or many apps at once. Choose 512GB or more of storage if you keep a large photo or music library on the Mac itself.
What you get with every Mac
Every Mac has the latest compatible macOS installed. Before grading we factory reset it with all previous user data permanently removed, and test it, including the screen, ports, memory and storage, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. MacBooks come with a compatible charger. Every grade has the same 12-month warranty.

Grades
Every device is tested and given a cosmetic grade: A, B or C. The grade describes how it looks; every grade works fully and has the same 12-month warranty. Each card above shows the grades in stock for that model.
- Grade A – minimal or no signs of use.
- Grade B – light cosmetic wear, visible only under close inspection.
- Grade C – visible cosmetic wear at the lowest price.

Is a refurbished Mac worth it?
For most people, yes. You get the same Mac for less than new, and the grade tells you its cosmetic condition. Every grade works fully.
Refurbished vs new Mac: what is the difference?
It is the same model with the same chip and specification. The differences are the price, the cosmetic condition, which the grade describes, and the warranty: ours is 12 months on every grade. See our grades explained.
What is the difference between a refurbished and a used Mac?
A used or second-hand Mac is usually sold as it is. A refurbished one from us has been tested, factory reset with all previous user data permanently removed, cleaned and graded, has the latest compatible macOS installed, and comes with a 12-month warranty and 30-day returns.
Which refurbished Mac should I buy?
A MacBook Air for everyday use and travel, a MacBook Pro for heavier work or a larger laptop screen, an iMac for an all-in-one desktop, or a Mac mini if you already have a monitor, keyboard and mouse.
Does it come with macOS installed?

Do you deliver anywhere in the UK?
