Frequently asked questions
Which refurbished desktop is best for office or business use?
It depends on what is already on the desk. An all-in-one has the computer built into the screen, so there is no separate tower: we have iMac 21.5" 2015, iMac 27" 2012, iMac 21.5" 2013, iMac 21.5" 2017, iMac 27" 2015, iMac 27" 2014, iMac 27" 2017, iMac 27" 2019 and iMac 24" M1. If you already have monitors, the Mac Mini 2014 connects to them. Each model’s page lists every processor, memory and storage configuration we have, and our business desktop guide goes through the options.
Do you sell Windows desktop PCs and workstations?
Not at the moment: we have no Windows desktops or tower workstations in stock. Our Windows laptops and ThinkPad P Series mobile workstations work as a desktop with a docking station and a monitor.
What is an all-in-one computer?
An all-in-one computer has the computer built into the back of the screen, so there is no separate tower. The Apple iMac is an all-in-one. Our refurbished iMac page compares every iMac we have, including which macOS version each one supports.
What does the warranty cover?
Every unit comes with a 12-month warranty covering faults. It excludes accidental damage and normal wear and tear. For a warranty claim we provide a free prepaid return label.
What do the grades mean?
Grade A is excellent, with very light signs of use. Grade B is good, with light signs of use such as fine scratches. Grade C is fair, with clear signs of use. Every grade is fully tested and working. Our grades page shows each grade in detail.
How long does delivery take?
UK delivery is free. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days.
Can I return it?
Yes. You can return it within 30 days of delivery if you change your mind, in its original condition with all included accessories. If it is faulty or not as described, we cover the return costs and send a free prepaid Royal Mail label. See our returns policy.
